This pendant necklace is handmade from sterling silver and an aurora opal cabochon.  The simulated opal cabochon is manmade to mimic the soft glow of opal.  It has been set in two layers of sterling silver.  I have made this unique pendant by cutting, forming, soldering, and finishing the design entirely by hand.  Pendant hangs from a sterling silver chain.  Chain features a lobster claw clasp and a 3 inch extender allowing it to be slightly adjustable.  The silver has been oxidized and polished to create the antique patina finish.
